Support

from the team that builds Bondy · router SLAs · the language · custom work

Bondy is free and open source under Apache-2.0, and always will be. Leapsight — the team that designs and builds Bondy — offers commercial support for organisations running Bondy Connect in production, stands behind the language on its road to 1.0, and takes on custom development around both.

Connect service levels

The numbers, side by side.

Response means acknowledgement by a qualified engineer, confirmation of severity, and diagnosis begun — an automated acknowledgement doesn't count. A summary; the service schedule governs.

Bondy Connect · how the charge works

Nodes, not clusters. Scoped with you.

Add up your nodes and pick a tier — that's the whole model. Tell us about your deployment — scale, uptime needs, timeline — and we'll scope it with you. You'll be talking to the engineers who write the code.

NodesThe charge depends only on total nodes — split, merge or re-shard clusters freely, with no change to your charge.
Dev & testDevelopment and test nodes are free, up to your production node count.
StagingNon-production nodes are half rate, with full service levels.
No auditYou declare your estate once a year. We have no right to audit it.
No escrowBondy Connect is Apache-2.0 and public. If we vanish, you keep the software, the source, and the right to have anyone support it.
02 — Bondy, the language

Pre-release. Public on 21 October.

The language ships toward 1.0 in public — supported by the people building it, in the community, without service levels for now. Commercial tiers arrive with the production releases.

Need more than support?

Leapsight designs and builds with Bondy: proprietary modules, consulting, sizing and architecture, migration and upgrade work, and operating Bondy on your behalf — all scoped separately from support.
